I WONDER WHY...Oh i dont know maybe because a champion that have max hp damage and missing hp damage its FREAKING BROKEN? yeah..

WE WERE GOOD 2 SEASONS WITH NO ELISE BUT NOT LETS BRING BACK ELISE THE CANCER CHAMPION.......

But i am glad that riot gonna gut her in 5.16 yeah gj elise main you get your champ for 1 patch now go hide in your cancer cave and start crying for elise buff again maybe in 2 years riot gonna buff her again!

Some champions are toxic and they deserve to be weak Elise is one of this champions!

Is there any reason her kit having % HP is broken or... no?

She's overbuffed and she's getting put at a more reasonable power level. As an Elise fan I welcome the nerf.

I think she is fine now, I don't mind having a strong ganking jungler in the game early now that her rappel isn't 1000 range. Especially with all these devourer junglers making every game super boring and polarizing. This is the first time in the game where as a laner I would rather be ganked a bunch and know we could at least deal with the jungler late game. Now junglers can earn more gold than some laners and they get the most cost efficient item that has all these crazy synergies with other existing items.

No this cancer champion shouldnt be in the game devourer champions at least give up something for their power!! Elise give what? he haver ealry/mid game and then 2 tank items and boom now she is late game too!!

Her late game isn't great even with items but whatever you can think what you want. She isnt useless cause she has a stun but if you think of a late game Xerath he has more poke damage and his stun does damage. Elise can snowball because she has strong early burst but she isn't impossible to deal with or anything.

She's getting a reduction of power on one, human form skill...but human form was NEVER the form I was scared of. Sure, 1.6 second stun? That hurts. Her next nerf isn't going to kill her, its just going to get her closer to fair. Her kit is not inherently toxic, she's just overbuffed at times.

Well it was bound to happen after riot over buffed her she just needed a 1.5 sec stun at all ranks not a damage buff/bug fix which helped her get more damage. This happened to ryze it isn't the first time that this has been brought up.

Sounds like typical QQ: irrational attack and failure to adapt. For example, BotRK does percent current hp damage and has an execute for percent maximum hp damage. The thought process that says both of these together on the same champion is broken is flawed.

Balance-wise Elise is in a good place even if she needs a slight buff. The player base is slow to adapt. I would say lazy. Players can't take the time to adapt to and understand a champion such as Elise that has a complex kit and keeps getting changed every single patch. I said it when Elise was considered trash tier and I'm saying it again now that she's considered top tier. Players need to adapt to changes.
