People complain all the time about the jungler but when your coming in and ping 5-6 times they sit under their tower like a tree. Or the ones that just sit and farm 3-4 ft away from you when your about to kill their laner.

jg comes in KSs all 3 kills taxes 2 full waves of minions then doesn't want to drag, it may not be the laner's fault ALL the time
