The botrk changes are VERY appreciated but LONG over due

I personally feel it WAS too strong on my ADCs, and this may be a very biased opinion, I feel 4% was too much of a nerf. I think a 6% nerf for range and maintaining 8% on melee would have been a lot better. With this change, I just see very little reason to ever get this over a BT, DD, or MS, even against tanky teams.

I don't get what the point of this thread is. What do you want them to do? Travel back in time and change BOTRK in the past?

Just to be clear, I'm a fan of the changes. I just don't understand this thread.
