Wouldn't it be better to play the game LCS style? Cool Ranked idea

What if you could play games like they do in the LCS?

Instead of Queing every game with random people, if you're a solo player, why not be matched with a group of 4 other people that you have to play 3 games with against another team of solo/duo players that got put together. You would either earn LP per game, or in a bunch at the end of the best of 3.

This type of Que gives you time to know how your team thinks, it'll be a fun experience, it'll be just like playing how the pros play. Game one there Akali poodled all over your mid lane? Ban it next game and make the enemy mids pool of champions smaller.

Lost a game? Don't sweat it, you have one more game to see if you can keep the series alive and hopefully win to get your LP.

Someone leaves in the middle of the series? Matchmaking will match someone in to fill there place for the remaining part of the series, and the filler would receive 20% extra LP for filling on the fly.

Different types of LP gain: Don't think you have time for all three games? Choose LP by win/LP by loss and leave after the first or second game. Think you have enough time to get through all 3 games? Choose LP by series, and get a bulk of LP at the end of the series plus an additional 5% for Completing the series.

I think it's a cool idea, an alternative to solo/duo que or dynamic que, and in my opinion, this type of que better represents the game because well, League Of Legends is a team game for the most part. Wouldn't it be more exciting to play a series for LP than to play solo game after solo game with random people that some may not have any interest in ranking up? What do you guys think?

to me this sounds like going into a chat and looking for 4 randoms to make a 5s team

Because LCS is made up of teams who (typically) got to know eachother long before the matches. It's not random people who get matched every LCS event. You can use dynamic / team queue with your buddies if you want something like LCS....

If one person on your team ends up being toxic or really really bad then you are forced to keep playing with that individual.
