Karma buffs

After all of the feedback they received for 7 years, they are still throwing outlandish buffs, nerfs and terrible readjustments to abilities that don't solve her problems. There is a clear history of not caring and showing actual progress on this champion. They don't care. She's just going to be nerfed again because of pro play and not have her actual problems addressed.

Welp, guess that's a buff to top tank Karma's base damages.

Lulu Buffs are in the right direction as compensation for gutting her Shield. rounding out her armor and AD numbers won't be too noticeable, but they are also justified since they killed spellthief and nerfed her self shielding early. I dont know if this is enough, but ill take what i can get, even if its slow and steady. I'd rather that then them overshooting.
