Wow, it's almost 2017 and Lux's skill shots still make absolutely no sense

Really enjoy dying/getting kills when bindings that 100% should not have hit somehow magically hit. Almost as much as I enjoy when a binding goes through the terrain and effectively becomes invisible.

Is there any reason this isn't being fixed?

lots of skillshots go through terrain. Ever been grabbed byBlitzcrank through a wall? I'm pretty sure morgana dark binding, Lee Sin q, Ivern Q also do this
