What if we made class specific items and neutral item's not just Melee/Ranged?
This way we won't have to worry about Master Yi running around with Dead Man's ,Steraks and Titanic Hydra anymore. But those item's will be made useful again for Juggernauts
Neutral Item's can be Guardian Angel for instance that everyone could buy.
It would obviously require a LOAD of new items but ultimately in the end i think this would be a good thing to the overall balance
