I never said she has the highest win rate, only that champion.gg ranked her number 1 out of the 42 champs they classify as junglers.

More like over 3 days, but yeah.

Most buff results are just player perceptions changing. When a champion gets a buff most people think "oh they might be good again" even if they were actually good before.

The burnout buff was actually a pretty hefty DPS increase and made her clears even faster.

The position is about all levels of performance, not just Win and Pick rates.

Shyvana gets more ganks, more gold, more clears, more objectives etc.,
