Easy way to fix the Yi strats.
Just remove the bonus damage from his Q on minions. This way, he will have to spend much more time clearing the waves and the outpacing won't be as big. I mean, at the point, Yi isn't viable as a solo laner, so having that extra damage there does nothing.
