Make fizz target able when he uses e.

Let me explain. Every 6 seconds late game fizz can dodge anything and everything. Meanwhile vlad has a 12 second cooldown and no other champion in the game becomes invulnerable not even pantheon when. He jumps. I've seen a pantheon die mid jump to a caitlin ult. Fuzz is hyperloaded compared to any other champion and it nearly impossible to punish. I can understand if his e couldn't move so far or whatever but here's an example of why it is bullshit. So Diana is facing a fizz. Fizz dives in on Diana with his q and then immidiatly uses his e to escape. Diana uses her sheild before and blocks some of the damage and damages fizz in the process but it does not hit every orb for some reason. Diana can dive in with her ult and the sheild will auto proc but when fizz passes through Diana it only hits one to 2 orbs. Wtf? OK so then Diana wants to punish fizz and hits him with her q but fizz is already out of range because he double jumped on his pole. Wtf? So fizz can dive in procing a lichbane and he is already out of range. Diana can't even use her e while fizz is midair to pull him back ALTHOUGH vlad can be killed by fizz e when he is pooled because it is an aoe. Bullshit just straight bullshit.
