If it refunded mana, it would be pretty oppressive in lane... like, just imagine just standing in lane after trading with somebody and always being full health after he just drains some minions

It doesnt have to refund all the mana - or do so in an instant - but the current refund is a joke, at least in JGL - in TFs it works but... a better TF is the last thing Fiddle needs...

It's nice when you have blue buff tbh, otherwise yeah it's a trap to sink mana into.
