Boots might be the key to more diversity

Boots take up a slot of strength for every champion, unless if you build move speed to compensate for no boots. Even then, you are lacking movespeed. These suggestions below are what could be done to create diversity.

Remove summoners, re-introduce revive and allow two enchantments on boots or more. Allow people to buy summoners on their boots, flash, teleport, ignite and give similar if not similar identical timers. Support boots should be vastly more acceptable but eliminate combat capabilities to prevent people from abusing the new system.

Support boot 1: -20 AD + 10 AD in an aura - may continue to be upgraded Support boot 2: -50 AP + 30 AP in an aura - may continue to be upgraded Support boot 3: +500 HP + 40 armor + 2 regenerative pink wards - 30 armor in aura for allies (Stops people from buying this in lane)

Support boots should be just as expensive as other boots depending on what the person buys. However upgrading these boots should be as expensive as purchasing an item. They should also be able to purchase a lot more summoners and upgrades on their boots, however at a team and self cost.
