@Morello @Meddler Where are those promised QOL buffs for Darius?

His rework has been slated, tossed aside for later, whatever. Morello said in around August-July 2014 that Darius will receive QOL buffs in the meantime, where are those?

Will he receive them pre-season because lets be honest he needs them to even keep up with todays game even if barely.
