Despite the Bug, I Still Think That Guinsoo's Is A Buyable Item On Yi.

The extra damage output you get from it now that BotRK and Guinsoo's got buffed is quite absurd. I played it already and it's just super strong as a scaling item to get once you've already stacked some on-hit and attack speed from other items. I also find that occasionally meditating and the life steal from BotRK negate the self-damaging effects of it.

I'm also happy that damage Yi is probably better than bruiser Yi now, you need some other attack speed and on-hit items to make Guinsoo's work but once you've done that you are putting out insane damage. I think that now Yi will have the highest theoretical DPS in the game ( if you don't count things like Nasus' Q stacking that theoretically allow infinite damage ), competing with champions like Draven and Tryndamere.

I highly encourage you to try it now and definitely give it a shot the next patch, when the bug will be fixed and Fervor will be buffed on top of that.

My build is 18-12-0 with Fervor of Battle, AD marks, armor seals, 3 scaling MR and 6 scaling CDR glyphs and attack speed Quints.
