Nerf Ivern already.
His winrate is unacceptable.
Remove the damage/slow on his shield pop already. If you break it, you should be rewarded, considering its spammability. There's no way to play around it currently. Fucked if you break it, fucked if you don't.
He should only get the damage/slow if the shield survives for 2 seconds...which isn't exactly asking a lot either.
Either that or the duration is far too short to the point where it seems like you're going to break it and it pops anyway...in which case, increase duration and CD somewhat significantly.
