Queuing for roles you can't play in ranked should be punished

Just had to give mid to a Diamond+ player who queued for top and could only play Ekko. Except Ekko was banned, so he couldn't really play top. And then it came out that he only plays Zed mid, so we ended up with Zed vs. Cho'gath, which is a terrible match up.

This really isn't okay.

I'm a one trick pony and I don't have problems with one trick ponies but one tricking is more effective if you have multiple accounts so you can always dodge when you don't get your champ/role.

One tricking isn't bad unless the champion you're one tricking can't play in multiple lanes.
