Elise

So a buff I think Elise could get is damage added to her Cocoon, this will make her more like a ranged mage playstyle that has this assassin mage playstyle when she jumps into her spider form; but while human she becomes more of a ranged mage that is sufficient in the jungle. Another buff that could happen is a jungling buff to give her more sustain against Monsters to help her out there (Her spider W heals her while active for those that do not know Elise very well).

Spider Form: Skittering Frenzy (W): Attack Speed 60/80/100/120/140% --> 80/95/110/125/140% NEW* Elise and spiderlings heal on-hit to monsters increased to 8(+8%AP) from 4(+4%AP) [champions and minions is still 4(+4%AP) heal on-hit for Elise and spiderlings]

Human Form: Cocoon (E): Stun Duration 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 --> 1/1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8 seconds NEW* Now deals 80/110/140/170/200(+50%AP) magic damage

So these do end up being buffs obviously, but I decided to focus on Elise being more about early game strength and help her in the new jungle because Spirit Stone is gone so the increased Attack Speed at lower ranks of Skittering Frenzy and the double healing against monsters will really help her early game clear out and make sure she can survive the early jungle, clear it, and be able to apply early game jungle pressure. While on the flip side tanks have their power later in the game. So making Elise as a ranged jungle mage I think is something league needs more of, and unlike Nidalee, Elise is better balanced wise- but Elise right now is slightly undertuned both directly and indirectly like with Spirit Stone removed, which is more the bigger factor than direct Elise nerfs. Cocoon gaining damage helps Elise's early game pressure and range mage playstyle by having more to do while she is ranged, or just make it feel like she does more because of the added nuke, now the trade-off is slightly less stun duration for the added damage (there may be more trade-offs needed, but that is a play test thing).

Hope you appreciate the idea! ~ Stacona

While I would love to have some Elise buffs, I feel that those skittering frenzy changes would be unwarranted. Elise already has a pretty good early game, jungle clear, and in-built sustain. The real issue with Elise is how terribly she falls off in damage mid to late game. Perhaps damage on her e would help, though I personally feel that she just needs higher AP ratios.

Damage on her E would give her more ap though- and i feel burst from multiple spells would be better than one spell (no one likes Nidalee for multiple reasons, one being spears deal an insane overpowered amount of damage) - so suppose to increasing her Spider Bomb's damage it just makes more sense to grant some damage to cocoon and this also allows Elise to feel like she is doing more while she is in her ranged mage form status and then become a spider to be the mage assassin and devour her prey

Skittering Frenzy, would need play testing and maybe damage on cocoon would be the only thing needed, but because of Spirit Stone removed adding a little more power to her actual kit for jungle clear and sustain would not be the worst thing ever; and it is not like a small buff to skittering frenzy will break her

Elise's issue is not sustain in the jungle, she already has plenty. The buff to W would be fairly meaningless.

Then we wouldn't buff her early ranks of skittering frenzy
