Riot, can you give Kindred another passive?

In any Gold + game their passive becomes so unreliable and not rewarding. If enemies are slightly competitive, geting 5-6 marks is the best you can hope for. Kindred is supposed to tilt enemy jungler in the same way Shaco does. Good Shaco can counterjungle pretty much every single champion, Kindred, a counterjungler with passive that encourages counterjungling can barely counterjungle only a few champions. In order to counterjungle Kha'Zix, Rengar, Lee Sin, Shyvana, Udyr, Warwick or Kayn you have to be the whole item ahead of them.

Kindred's early game is weak as she needs marks to ramp up, her mid game is weak, like really weak. The only strong point of Kindred is her late game if you have 8+ marks and if you are ahead and even in that case, she can barely pass the frontline as she is not a classic marksman that is good against tanks due to her recent changes.

Change their passive so they can get marks only after champion kill or assist and remove mark from camps, give them something else in return, maybe something related to wolf only, maybe increased W range that scales up per champion level? That would fit their theme since Wolf is a hunter. Idk, it's just frustrating to hunt for the camps when you could focus on ganking and objectives. Playing a competitive minigame within a competitive game maybe looks fun but its actually not.

When playing Kindred you have to count on luck. If enemy team doesnt care about your passive you are lucky, but you are also completelly irelevant if they know what to do against you.
