The title is Rito's statement on why they removed oppressor.

But then they added courage of colossus? WTF Rito?

There's a distinct difference. Oppressor was a must-have if you had CC, and a no-no if you didn't. Champions who can benefit from Colossus, on the other hand, can still pick between the other Keystones. Courage is in no way a must-have like Oppressor. I mean it is good, but not to the point where all other Keystones are useless.

the difference is oppressor was an always-on mastery if you had a lot of CC or had CC on low cooldowns. you always took this mastery if you fit the bill for it

cotc has a cooldown itself and a requirement of the whole enemy team nearby to get the maximum benefit from it. Even if you have some CC, you don't always take cotc

You don't have to take oppressor only when you have cc, you can use it wven if you are someone like lucian who has absolutely 0 cc, why? because you have teammates!

oppressor can be used if your team or you have a lot of cc, while courage of the colossus can only be used if YOU have hard cc.

Also anyone who is a tank or brusier takes COTC, it is broken as fuck.
