Is it just me or is the old creep block from preseason back?

I've started playing kled quite a bit since a couple of days ago to get better at him, and I've noticed that whenever playing top lane, minions (casters specially) will some time allign themselves in a cone shape and prevent allies to properlly walk around them to cs. I've also noticed that some times minions will start focusing individial targets and clump together really hard (this is specially noticeable during canon waves) which sometimes depending on how I move my character will make it jitter and confuse its pathing. This definetly did not use to happen before and when waves pile together its extremly hard to properly cs because your champions creates weird routes that prevent him/her/it from getting into melee range to cs in time. Am I just crazy or does anyone else has had similar experiences lately?
