even in urf bard is useless
pls bard need a rework or just remove him from the game everytime i lane with bard its always a 1v2

Ra1d1 votesBard players need to be paired with someone who they can work well with and communicate well with. If theres no communication between the bard player and the adc then bot lane is lost.
Meep Man1 votesThats a lie. Bard has a 1.35 second stun in URF with a 1.4 second cool down at Level 5. Thats 0.05 second down time. Good luck.
Also his portals have a 3.2 second cool down and shrines have 2.4 second cool down.
