What about a few changes to Yasuo like this?

-Passive shield value now 120-300 from 100-510 but scales with crit chance -Steel Tempest crit damage reduction now 90% damage up from 75% -Steel Tempest base damage lowered to 10/30/50/70/90 --Last Breath buff now ignores 15% of the targets bonus armor but scales up to 55% with crit chance

This gives Bruiser Yasuo much less power because he typically will only build 1 crit item and go into Tank/Bruiser items. Crit Yasuo has a few early game nerfs and buffs but now scales much better with crit chance making it more enticing to go crit on him over Bruiser
