The part of 8.9 nobody is talking about...

AP TO DAMAGE CONVERSION 50% ⇒ 60% NEWTHE WHOLE THING If a basic attack uses ability power bonus to turrets, the whole attack will convert to magic damage, rather than only the ability power scaling portion.

So yeah + can basically 3 shot a tower. Or anybody else with an empowered AP auto (AP ??)

It's pretty ridiculous!
