Now that Electrocute is so strong there is no reason for Duskblade to be so strong either
The entire point of changing the Duskblade proc was to give a boost to AD assassins at a time when TLD was much much weaker than it currently is. Any snowballing AD assassin with a duskblade and electrocute can literally make you disappear with absolutely 0 counterplay. Even when building armor that shit is absolutely disgusting, and I'm not exaggerating here because the two together will easily do 1/2-3/4 of a squishy champions HP and that's just from those two procs let alone actual abilities.
Riot fix one or the other. It's bullshit when a champion like Zed or Talon can instantly delete someone with electrocute and duskblade and an Assassin like LeBlanc is still stuck with her bogus 1.5 second delay.
