Noc Passive and Xin Zhao W heals are random some times!

So if you notice the heals from this champions you will see that some times they heal 26-33 rather than 30

i am talking about when noc hit 3 targets at lvl 2 and when xin W is rank 1

I test this on the jungle and some times i notice that when i hit 3 targets with noc i heal from 26 up to 33 some times when the skill says 10 per target hit so in wolves you should heal for 30! some times you heal for 30 but many times you heal more (33) and other times less (26)

Same thing with xin zhao W

Riot need to check that
