Riot Why transfer cost money??

So a little story!

I started play that game a long time ago i am from E.U but when i start this game the only server was the N.A server so i was playing there for a long time back then the ping was only 70-80 so it was easy to play! So because i learn to play on N.A i stay on N.A server but years have pass and the ping now is at 290....so you cant play any more

My problem here is that i have 3 accounts on N.A locked on this server because i cant transfer them because they cost 20$ but wait my problem is not the how much they cost my problem is that the currency is dollars and my only method to buy RP is by paysafe card! So i ask a rioter one day and tell him how i can i buy RP with paysafe cards from E.U for the N.A server and he told that i cant do that because my currency is EURO and i cant use a store with dollars....Which make sense!

So now i have 3 accounts locked on N.A server and not be able to transfer on E.U server and be able to play thEM:/

And my Question here is why the transfer cost money? i mean i can understand that people from the E.U servers may transfer again and again from E.UNE to E.UW and the opposite but even in that case who would want to lose all his ranks just to transfer again and again to other server?

And i mean someone from N.A or someone from E.U this kind of transfer wouldnt be spammed simple because you will have to be crazy to transfer your self into a server with 250 ping more than your current one :P

So riot can we make the transfer from N.A to E.U free? and if that no possible can we find a way what can i do with my accounts that are currently locked on N.A server??

if you want my personal advice

find an American you trust

have them buy rp and gift it to you

transfer them the euros from your card, and/or have it converted to dollars first

I have your answer. If this is the paysafe card you are talking about, use it to buy amazon gift card and use amazon gift card to by riot point gift card from amazon for NA :)

The method of buying an amazon gift card should work. If not tell me and I can gift you enough RP points to transfer 1 of your accounts. It would be for free so you wouldn't have to pay me back or anything.

alright tell me one of your accounts and i'll add it as a friend and I'll get a prepaid card from walmart next time I go and I can send you the code and you can use that to transfer your account.. It'll probably be a day or two before I can go to the store and get a card though so you'll have to wait a little bit. I'd just gift you the regular way but you have to be added as friends for 2 weeks I believe before you can gift someone RP the normal way.
