Landing veigar stun on a target inside of Morganas endless binding isn't too hard... Also that #LCSBigPlaySin that kicks enemies into event horizont wall... And that huge GP's ult slowing entire team...
Imo every champ can look extremely broken if u have full comp focused around said champ.

Team sometimes pick champions for the suprise factor - the opposing team did not expect a veigar and probably didn't train against veigars, expectin the popular mids. If something is picked in competitive it doesn't necessarily mean it's OP, we saw pros pick Lee sin when he was clearly underperforming because he's a comfort pick and for god's sake we saw a Poppy being played while the general opinion is that Poppy is ridiculously weak until late game and UP because of it.

lmfao this is exactly what i said when he was reworked and everyone was complaining how weak he was and how useless, also everyone complains about Veigar's delayed skill shot easy to dodge stun all fucking day but i see nothing about Annie's point click 100-0 AoE stun ever other then "oh she is totally balanced"... BULLSHIT its point click AoE stun that also happens to deal a minimum of 900 magic damage... "ooh she needs to cast spells before she can stun" OH REALLY?!?!? the mage that is already casting spells needs to cast spells to get her stun? doing the exact thing she wants to be doing is too hard? its not like its hard to cast spells...

Viegar is the anti mage of league. He was built to have infinitely scaling AP from his q and his ult is a delete button for any ap mage out there. His hardest counters though are the ad assassins, like Zed and Talon. They can dodge his stun all together with one ability that puts them right on top of him and then he has nothing to fall back on to defend himself.
