Brutalizer need to create a second item!!

Right now if you play any bruiser or anything that its not yi/riven the yommus item is not that good!!

And if you build brutalizer for the early CD and armor penetration then you stack with a tier 1 item because the yommus is not that good on you....

So can we make brutalizer to have a second option to upgradE?

For me it should be on Frozen mallet!

Your basic attack slow the enemy MS for 30%
