Yea, fixed his waveclear and delayed his powerspike by a full 2200 gold.

His damage as AP was always high!! But he wasent having a good wave clear early now with the new jungle item (that sucks for every AP jungler and it only good for ezreal...riot balance...) he can wave clear for fun!!

So now that one of his weakness is gone is time for some balance!!

What changed? We started seeing him in every other game, that's what changed. He does deal a little too much damage for how long range and mobile he is imo, nothing absurd though.

AP Ez is fine, no one cared about EZ till Runglaive became a thing, and from what I've heard, its getting nerfed to only work in the jungle anyway. So when Ruinglave gets fixed, AP Ez will fade back into obscurity because its not broken anymore.

It was never broken to begin with . that's like saying. Lich bane is op on tf or orifice is broken on tf because his w scales 100 % ad but does magic damage

The only reason AP ezreal became popular is because it turned his Physical damage Q into magic damage so it synergizes with his itemization.

Lich's bane did that anyway, Runeglaive just gave him lane clear.

Nope, Lichbane only dealt additional magic damage, it didn't convert his entire Q into magic damage.

Because runeglaive turning his Q pure magic damage meant that he got more out of building AP and magic pen because his main source of damage wasn't ruined by being a physical damage spell.
