all things that are coded as entities, like Zyra plants Heimerdinger turrets, and Shaco boxes have their own hitboxes, and are subject to normal means. you can Blitzcrank hook a shaco box...

See i enjoy ap blitz b/c his ult has a STUPIDLY low cooldown w/ may cdr rank 3, and its a 100% ap scaling w/ decent base damage. Plus q scales off ap, so if you hit your hook and ult basically any squishy is gone lol, and either way ults back in 12 seconds (maybe 16 but im pretty sure its 12)

Whats broken is that Illaoi E is blocked by Ekko Q or any spell projectile like that.

He's claiming that Illaoi's Test of Spirit that steals your soul is blocked by projectiles like Ekko's Q, but I've never seen this happen before. I've only ever seen it be blocked by minions/pets/jungle beasts.
