Fox-Fire: Make it strike random targets and only prioritize charmed enemies.

R: Halve the damage, make it deal double damage on charmed enemies.

Still OP, but you have to hit a skillshot now

Mainly because my main got gutted while Ahri is way stronger and stays untouched It's super unfair, considering she's 55% winrate in solo queue and pick/ban in competitive.
