Ekko q outgoing vs incomming
K I'd like to premise this by stating that I think something is amiss with ekkos q. This may or may not be the solution to it, that'll be up to you guys to determine.
IMO the damage on his q should either be even or switched between outgoing and incoming.
His q is a skill shot after all and even if you throw it well there's enough time for enemy to sidestep/avoid its better DMG portion. Shouldn't hitting skill shot be rewarded. Would be nice if his q was better at executing champions fleeing. Often see ekko narrowly miss killing a low hp enemy because his q couldn't quite do enough damage.
I'd even be okay with slowing its outgoing velocity ever so slightly to allow someone to dodge it but have the outgoing DMG switched with incoming.
Or maybe have out going deal more damage based on % missing HP? Reiterating, to be clear, would not do % health DMG just more DMG if target low. Shouldn't hitting skill shot be rewarded. It can also be countered fairly well with body block.
The return DMG is mostly to apply an extra passive ring on the target.
Better at relying on it for executing champions fleeing. Often see ekko narrowly miss killing a low hp enemy despite properly aiming his q.
I'd even be okay with slowing its outgoing velocity ever so slightly to allow someone to dodge it but have the outgoing DMG switched with incoming. (Or maybe hit its return velocity a tad?)
Or maybe have out going deal more % bonus ap damage based on % missing HP? Reiterating, to be clear, would not do % health DMG just more DMG if target low. Such that if target is low the outgoing DMG would be equal to the current incomming amount. Would nerf his q incomming DMG in turn a little.
