My Quinn literally just got run down by a ghosting Nasus who was down 28 CS, with only Sheen

This is probably one of the most ridiculous things I have ever encountered in this game. I went 100 to 0 with three Q's. He literally sold his Doran's Shield for a Sheen, came back to lane, and three shot me from the middle of the lane.

Afterwards, I figured it was fine to leave my turret to CS, because his Ghost was down and the minion wave was at the half way point.

Nope. Wither still gave him enough uptime on me to get 3 Q's off before I could reach the turret, even using Vault to interrupt his Q and maximize the range I got on him.

He really needs to lose some of his early game strength, either in the form of lifesteal or damage, because this is absurd.

Agreed. You can't have a champ w/ infinite scaling, but then give them a good early game ON TOP OF extreme reliability with a great ult and not a single skillshot. Ideally I think Wither should be a skillshot, so you have a chance to counterplay, and he can't just spam it, walk up to you, and hit Q... but given that's probably unrealistic I think the next best thing is to lower its duration. Right now you can't even stay alive in lane if you're a bad matchup against him, because he's unkiteable. He becomes a lane bully who doesn't even hardpush the lane to make himself vulnerable to ganks.
