I think if she can actually make it to her item spikes shes pretty strong since she can push out damage pretty easily, but I also think she doesn't have much outplay in her kit for champs like Zed, Talon, Wukong, and Quinn.

She can waveclear better than mages while bringing utility to her team, being really safe and dealing burst damage with her AA reset + Q, but whatever, mages aren't allowed to do anything remotely useful :v)
