@Meddler: The champ Rumble (please answer me this time)

Dear Meddler,

please take a look at the latest patch notes. Regarding the champion Rumble you stated the following:

While we're taking care not to reinstate the flame-spitting lane oppressor of seasons past, Rumble's long due for some upgrades.

My question now is: Will you implement slight buffs to him after the recent nerfs to his E?

I noticed that you buffed his shield on the PBE for some weeks but removed these changes after few days. Why?
