@ Riot: Concerning Rumble

Hello,

what are your thoughts about Rumble? He was a strong pick in Season 5, but since all of his core items got both nerfed and (!) became more expensive due to preseason changes, he feels kinda underpowered to me at the moment. His current winrate is at 44 % and he got very unpopular regarding his pickrate the last months.

You could spend him some more utility and damage, or at least introduce a strong new item which suits him.

I would really like to get some high-level staff response from Riot :))

Hes gotten very weak lately. Masteries dont favor him. He needs to go so deep in offensive trees for his damage to do anything, he ends up extremely squishy. You go deep in defense and hes harmless. In addition to that, stronger adcs rip him apart before he does anything useful.

Hes always had a pretty bad wave clear and last hit due to his animations and flakey flamespitter last hit.

Another issue he still has is the removal of impact damage on his ult. The slow on his ult doesnt keep enemies in it for more than a tick or two, provided they don't dash out.

I always thought Riot should focus more on Rumble's basic abilities rather than making him over-reliable on his ultimate. I've mained Rumble since S2 and the fact that all you need is an ult to win, isn't always satisfying. I'd like to be able to use his passives more to really outplay a team for a come back. Make his dangerzone and Overheat give Rumble more options in fights or even in helping teams via utility.
