Hey,
playing 3v3 is a pain at certain times: 30 min+ queue times are not unusual at night, in the morning or at midday.
It is not even because of my elo. Currently me and my team are Gold in 3v3 and still we get matched with Dia+ quite often (that's another issue you should adress)...
Please save us Riot and improve the queue times!!

there's nothing riot can do. It's moreso the lack of people queueing.
It's because hardly anyone plays that mode
There's supposedly been some weird stuff going on with ranked TT this season. Some former-Plat/Dia/Challenger teams were reporting they ended Bronze/Silver/Gold after placements. A little bit later, completely new teams were easily hitting Diamond1 from placements. It wouldn't be surprising if Riot accidentally messed up ranked TT while fiddling with the new systems for SR.
