The more I look at it, the more I realize the Vlad buffs are in the complete wrong area.

Vlad is supposed to be a late game carry, but 25-35 minutes are his only high points.

Buffing his early is going to increase frustration, especially if his popularity picks up, while leaving his late game in shambles.

Is Riot aware of this and looking at his late game at all?

no mages are super great late game, Orianna is good, Viktor is great, and Kat is terrific, but Syndra Cass and Vlad just don't do so well late game

those just name a few, i mainly play mages and most don't do too great if the game goes past 50 minutes
