She can potentially get 5 (five) flashes with no coodown AND 5(five) ignites....

everyone ok with this? ok.

Nah it's her Q and E that is the problem, you see... E has a 50% ap scaling, and puts them to sleep for pretty long. Q just does way too much damage on squishies which will most likely kill them.

Well you’d need that many to drop in a fight. It’s out of her control.

I mean if the enemy is running with 5 flash and 5 ignite they won't have a jungler in the first place. Then, you have to take into account that she needs to STEP on the bubble. She needs to commit - even if she used her R since she's still targetable.

I'm definitely okay with this because no way she will have the chance in an actual fight to do so.

(By the way when an enemy flashes the bubble appeared where he lands.)

Played her a lot on PBE and I feel like its her worst spell. Its good in lane with minions dropping Redemption/TP/Barrier/Exhaust, but a squishy high range mage isnt gonna go pick that enemy Locket or flash up most of the time.

For someone who just played a couple of games with her i can safely say that her w is very situational. Don't forget, Zoe is a poke/burst mage as is EXTREMELLY squishy. At late game if she lands her e on anything bellow 5k hp its fking dead. But so is she if the enemy right clicks her one or two times. I played a 50min long game. As the close was nearing i could practically oneshot everyone 1v1. But in teamfights what would happen most times is: i land my e, go for the oneshot, kill the one i targeted and then quickly follow him to the grey screen zone. I played vs AP Karma. In early to mid game what dmg i did with an e - q she could do (if not more) with her ult empowered q.
