54% win rate for almost 7 patches straight now

Vi is a lot of fun to play jungle with, but ever since courage of colossus was released she has had a 54% win rate and am just wonder if she is ever going to get an actual nerf. so far in patch 7.3 she is losing .020 base attack speed, and 5 movement speed. that is nothing meaningful and wont affect her play or win rate at all, vi will just laugh it off and keep dominating the jungle. when twitch was consider OP he had a 54% win rate for not even a week before riot nerfed his passive dmg. why is it okay for vi to have a 54% win rate for 6 patches, but soon as an adc is consider strong they get hit with a insta nerf? no wonders adc are getting wrecked this season soon as they hit a decent win rate they just get insta nerfed to below a 50% win rate, but bruisers and tanks who are actually strong and op get to stay strong and op for 7+ patches before riot responds. balance teams are only focus on buffing champions that everyone loves then release a new skin for them with another buff, and the cycle continues. I know riot games is a business but seems pretty F*****D up that they would buff and nerf champions according to what new skins and chromas they have planned to release for them.

Riot doesn't have the capacity necessary to take 10 dmg off khazix's q while at the same time even looking at Vi ok please understand small indie developer.

remember when elise lost 5 ms as a nerf? her playrate droped hard just cuz of that back then.

and the as drop is more severe than you might think. get into the math and you'll see how hard such a seemingly "minimal" nerf actually matters..

You are greatly underestimating how valuable movement speed is for roaming and fighting. if you need an example, Elise and Lux's win-rate both dropped significantly when they lost 5 MS.

Also, lowering base attack speed reduces the efficiency of bonus attack speed. This means that attack speed from items, rune and her W will be less effective.

Losing base attack speed makes so any attack speed she builds less valuable. It's a pretty big hit, considering AS runes as something almost mandatory in the jungle.
