Can we have an official post on how Matchmaking work?
I have a feeling there is zero matchmaking at all in Norms Blind Pick and MM is bad in ranked.

Unrelated to that link. Keep in mind, Riot changed the starting MMR this season. Its going to be Crap till it balances out. But a lot of folks wont bother putting in the # of games required to rebalance their rank so expect it to suck for a long time.
