She has low cooldowns and high DPS but lacks a reliable escape unlike Ahri Akali Ekko Fizz Kassadin Leblanc Zed etc.

She can dash with her w, dash to minions with e and has a stealth.

"Lacks a reliable escape" should describe all assassins. There is nothing "high risk high reward" about having reliable escapes.

I mean, every assassin (and Ahri) OP listed has pretty reliable escapes. At least more reliable than a diver.

And here I thought they were about single target damage on mispositioned enemies. Apparently they're meant to be able to attack groups of enemies and still get out alive.

Assassins can have multi target damage (Kat, Talon)

Assassins can be meant to dive back lines (Zed, Talon again)

The point of an assassin is to be able to get in, do your damage, and then get out.

If you can't get out, you're just a fighter without the durability that helps you survive.
