Why 15 min surrender
If you're going to lower the surrender time rather than just fix the damn game, why not let people surrender after bot lane tower falls what's the point of even playing after that point.

FF@15 is a most welcomed addition. I hate having to play a full 20 minutes with garbage.
This isn't lowering the surrender time, this is a different surrender altogether. This requires a unanimous (as in everyone) vote to go through, and given how absurdly frustrating it is to get 4 votes through, I can't imagine that the 15 minute surrender will benefit anyone but premade 5-mans.
