Rageblade is good on any adc minus maybe ez, I mean if it procd off his q that would be good.

Kog can run Wit's into Rageblade with a 14 MPen runepage if you want to hit true damage against soft targets for a massive mid-game power spike, but he's sacrificing his late game damage potential to do it.
khorney1 votesYour forgetting the 75% attack speed. Also I hardly ever get wits end when I build on hit on my varus. I'll get it when I do a on hit tf in the mid lane.... I get nashors blade of the ruined . Rage blade runaans . Cd boots. And last item 90% of the time will be hextech . Heavy ap I'll get wits end. Heavy tank I'll get lord dom. Yes lord dom counts as on hit. I lose no damage you literally melt anyone. And for the record tfs e counts as on hit . You literally split push and clear waves faster then anyone .
