Muting pings needs to prevent Mastery Emotes too.

After just getting out of a game where my lagging Nami literally threw herself at a Draven 3 times in the first 5 minutes, and having to watch the whole enemy team spam their masteries every single fucking time they killed someone while they're OBVIOUSLY going to win through their Draven...

Seriously.

The fact Mastery Emotes are a thing at all baffles me, but the fact that they're also spammable is stupid.
