I think we should add a normal game requirement for new players to play ranked

fresh lv30 new players are not ready to play in silver.

this season the exp change on.leveling accounts had make newer players much less experienced with the game once they hit the level 30 mark. They will go into their placements, feed their ass off, and being flamed by their team all game long telling them to uninstall. many of them will quit ranked and some others drop to bronze and they quit ranked once they experience elo hell.

this is not healthy ladder design, yes dynamic queue kinda fuxked the ladder over, but new players fucks up the ladder too. it is not their fault that they play bad, you can't expect someone with around 50 games played in their life to understand the mechanic strategy and characters in this game, especially when tutorials sucks ass. It is rito's fault to not tell then that they are not experienced enough with the game yet, and rito lets them run into ruanked when it is obvious that they aren't ready for it.

add a requirement for playing ranked, something like X00 SR normal games played, this will greatly improve game quality in lower elo and make new players not quit ranked.

Considering some people have played thousands of games and are still in Bronze, it won't help as much as you might think.

if you get placed in bronze when you were a new player, it is honestly very hard to learn anything in bronze games. Think of the new players like a new born baby, if you put the baby in a shitty place where everyone is shitty it is most likely the baby will grow up as a shitty person, enviornment heavily affects people's growth.

add a requirement for playing ranked...

The gates of Hell (and yes, Virginia there really is a Hell) separate knowledge from ignorance.
