Lucian was the only thing stopping her from being a dominant pick before, as she didn't received any major changes when Lucian was recently nerfed, and Caitlyn was already ridiculous before with her ability to spam traps and do insane damage with Headshot especially if she uses animation canceling.

Sure, she's popular. But even the people who are really good with her don't win that much more than the people who are new to her.
For all that she's everywhere...she's actually pretty balanced.

Before the nerfs, he was able to compete with her lane bullying, he also had a far better mid game, though he would still be outscaled during late game.

His design ideas tend to trend on the absurd and OP side until the balance team realizes that have to beat them to death in order to make them not be oppressive. Honestly, at this point I don't know why they don't proactively nerf his champions before they even hit live.

MunchCrunchLunch1 votesyeah i mean her headshot crits deal quite a bit of damage also she scales hard and she isn't weak early game like nearly every adc. she just oppresses lane with her traps
