Honestly, I don't expect much to change between them.

I think they both need new passives. Their passives are just invisible power that doesn't really interact with anything. But their kits, besides that, are coherent and iconic to the character. Maybe Kayle's Q could be changed, but I highly doubt it.

Both Kayle and Morgana have healthy relationships with the meta, and fall into and out of favor fairly regularly while never really being bad picks.

Besides new passives, they really only need VUs.

Nasus , Trundle , MasterYi , Twitch , and Tristana got VUs without heavy changes to their gameplay. At most, Trist just got a new ability.

You forgot Karthus. And they said they don't do it without full VGUs anymore.

With a model as old and outdated as Morgana's, I think they'd make an exception. Everything about her gameplay sans her passive is iconic and has aged extremely well. It doesn't need changing, but her model and voiceover are in dire need of an update.

Kayle The kayle rework I want a cahmpion that can build AD or AP and have a design that benefits from both..... I also want benefits from building both and weaknesses. I want kayle to have a defined role and is not dependent of CD in runes <3 :) <#

I feel like for a hyper carry Kayle can play a little too safe thanks to her heal, speed boost, and range, while Morgana is so simple she's fallen off the support bandwagon and is outshines by too many other supports.
