Poison should be a bigger part of Twitch's kit
All of
's power is loaded into his Q and R. His other two spells, the ones that utilize his Deadly Venom, feel incredibly weak. Strength should be taken from his steroids and put into his W, E and/or passive to make his gameplay more interesting.
Here are some of my suggestions:

Venom Cask leaves an area poisoned for 6 seconds. For each second enemies spend on that area, they accumulate two stacks of Deadly Venom.

Change Deadly Venom from true to physical damage but make it deal more damage. Twitch was never a great tank shredder anyways. He likes to go for squishies.

Contaminate's mana cost will depend on the amount of poison stacks detonated. Consuming 1/4 of my mana pool just to deal less than 100 damage feels awful in lane. It should cost less if there are only a couple stacks on the target.

(this one's a long-shot rework) Twitch's poison runs infinitely, however each time it ticks on the enemy, it consumes 10 mana from Twitch. Activate E to detonate and remove the poison.
