LoL is dominated by tanks but Quin is more of an assassin type ADC who relies on doing burst damage, but has very low sustained damage making her near useless vs tanks. I want to see her passive get buffed to do %max HP damage on top of the flat damage so she can be a little more effective vs the almighty tanks.
One Ashe On3 votesQuinn deserve to be reworked. But i feel him on 1 point. She feel sincerely weak right now. I'm not a fan of lethality in general and building her crit like never end pretty well for me.
Evêñtfûl Hôrïzôñ2 votesIf Quinn is an assassin-ADC who focuses on doing burst damage, she shouldn't also have sustained damage. One of the drawbacks of having high burst is lacking sustained damage, making you weak to durable targets. If Quinn had more sustained damage, she'd be like pre-nerf Vayne--one-shotting squishies, shredding tanks.

Of course if you build her full lethality assassin you aren't going to be on the same DPS level of an ADC, because that's not what you were optimizing for. Obviously she isn't going to be as safe as someone like Cait or Trist, and (depending on build again) often times doesn't have the strongest late game.
